Scaffolding at Universal Square, Manchester
Universal Square is a large office campus on Devonshire Street in Manchester that is undergoing a major refurbishment programme in 2017, transforming the buildings into a modern 21st century working environment and business community.
Connolly Scaffolding are providing scaffolding to all elevations during remodelling of the frontage to include a new reception area serving all 5 buildings, replacement of all windows and re-cladding of the entire scheme.
The scaffolding system used for this project is Plettac Metrix, offering many health and safety benefits for the staff who continue to access the buildings during the works, and substantial cost savings for the client, due to the reduced time needed to construct the scaffolding.
