Westfield House is a former office block in Sheffield that is being redeveloped into 39 residential units. The building, spread over three-floors, totals 23,713 sq ft of residential space. In addition, the ground-floor will comprise of retail and food outlets with 35 underground car parking spaces.
Connolly Scaffolding has been contracted to provide Plettac Metrix scaffolding throughout the project, with a budget of £4.5 million.
